This is how I eat, train and sleep two weeks before my vacation. Most of the things in here are what I do most of the time as theyre part of living a healthy and active lifestyle but it's this exact intensity that I take it to two weeks before I fly off to spend a week living in a bikini on the beach.
This is a mixture of running and HIIT workouts, you can do this at home or in the gym, all you need is two dumbbells of 3-4kg.
For running, I have given alterations if you are a beginner.
And as for the nutrition, if you know me and my style of staying slim, you know I know need to pizza in order to maintain my slim figure, so of course, the nutrition includes just that.
This is how I lean down and feel bikini ready, it's not tough, it's challenging and it's fun, as it should be.
I have a feeling once you train and eat like me, I'll have totally convinced you on my way of being healthy and fit.
